Vintage 1960s 70s Marianne Red Blue Patchwork Prairie Maxi Dress // XS S 2 4 6

Fabulous vintage maxi dress by Marianne circa late 1960s or early 70s. Dark wash denim bodice embellished with ornamental button trim at front, lace trim at neckline and bordering waistband. Long balloon style sleeves and skirt are of patchwork fabric -- white with flocked floral pattern, solid red, solid dark denim, and red and white gingham. Back zip closure. Dress is in very good vintage condition with no stains, holes, or tears, and very little wear. Includes matching red and white gingham kerchief for hair, which is in excellent condition. Marked as a vintage size 10. When laid flat, dress measures about 18" across at bust (up to 36" Bust), 15" across at waist (up to 30" Waist), 32" across at hip (up to 54" Hip), and is about 52.5" long from shoulder to bottom hem. Kerchief measures about 32" wide x 17" deep. Would probably best fit a modern US XS/S or 2-6. For reference, mannequin is a size XS/2 and the dress fits it pretty well, if just a little loose.
