Vintage 1960s 1970s Dress, Pink and White Gingham Maxidress withBbig Lace Collar

Darling vintage 1960s 1970s maxi dress in pink and white gingham with a big white lace trimmed collar. Shirred top, puffy sleeves and a tie at the waist. Metal zipper down the back. Label reads: no designer label but there is a care tag. Probably a large to extra large but do see measurements below. Looks and feels like a cotton blend maybe. Excellent to great vintage condition. The elastic at the sleeve ends is pretty shot, and there are some holes and marks at the bottom hem where it may have been stepped on. See photos. I did spot a few small areas of seam that could do with some stitches. Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 40" at rest up to about 44" with the shirring stretched Waist: 30" Hips: about 44" Shoulder to waist: 12.5" Empire Shoulder to bottom hem: 58.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
