Vintage 1960 Disney book Annette Sierra Summer good condition

This is a fun flashback book for anyone who grew up with Annette Funicello on the Mickey Mouse club, or her many movies. This is one of her books, Walt Disney’s Annette Sierra Summer. It is copyright 1960. The cover is slightly loose but in very good condition overall, maybe just some mild separation starting to occur. The only flaw I see on the front is some lifting of the clear cellophane near the spine from the photo. And there are two spots near the end of the book that somebody had made small scribbles with an ink pen also on page 151. The very last page has a slight separation starting to occur. Other than that, I do not see any other major flaws. There are no torn pages. The book is complete with all pages intact. There are 282 pages in the book. There is of course some yellowing of the pages due to age. There are blue and black illustrations, and some pink and black illustrations throughout the book. Great collectors, piece or gift for someone who was a fan during the highlight of her career. Great vintage find. I am the original owner and it has always been kept in a climate controlled shelf and it is coming from a non-smoking home.
