Vintage 1955 Sportsmanlike Driving Book, AAA 3rd Edition 2nd Printing Hardcover

This is a vintage hardcover copy of Sportsmanlike Driving, published by the American Automobile Association (AAA). This is the third edition, second printing (June 1955). The book was widely used as a driver education textbook, covering safe driving skills and traffic awareness, with 24 chapters, 460 pages. A wonderful collectible for vintage book lovers and car enthusiasts. Fair vintage condition with expected wear due to age and use. The cloth cover shows some shelf rubbing and corner wear as well as fraying at the edges and binding, interior pages clean and intact with the exception of the cover pages which have separated from the binding and therefore are frayed at the edges. Also, page 11 is torn at the binding (see pictures).
