Vintage 1950s/60s Wiggle dress with sheer Chiffon Overlay

Very dressy wiggle dress made of White Taffeta with Pink Roses and a Black Chiffon overlay. It has a cowl front and 2 trains on the shoulders which can be worn loose or tied. Appears to be handmade. There are no dress size or maker labels. It is pictured on my model that is a size 6. The dress features 2 small decorative bows on the front. Please go by the measurements provided.
