Vintage 1950s Western Germany Ornate Gold Tone Enamel Rhinestone Brooch

Vintage brooch marked Western Germany, dating to the mid-20th century. The round scalloped design features an ornate stamped pattern accented with hand-applied enamel dots in red, green, and turquoise blue. At the center sparkles a pink aurora borealis rhinestone that shifts beautifully in the light. Crafted in gold tone metal with intricate detailing and colorful enamel accents, it reflects the vibrant, folk-inspired style that Western Germany was known for during the 1950s and 1960s. The brooch measures approximately 1 5/8" in diameter. The reverse is stamped Western Germany within an oval cartouche. Very good vintage condition with some enamel and plating wear, consistent with age.
