This beautiful dress features a ruffled bib style front, 3/4 ruffled bell scuffs, and a button front with matched belt. This is a midi length fit and flare style that buttons up the bodice area. This would be cute with a crinoline added under the skirt, white gloves, and Bobbie socks. Beautiful dress and a rare vintage find.
