Vintage 1950's Norcrest hanging parrot planter. Use as a planter or skip that part all together. Sits nicely on the antique hoop that comes with the parrot. Both in good shape. Parrot has no chips, cracks, or breaks. Hoop measures approx 10 inches plus a little extra allowing for the leaves and the parrot measures 10".
