Vintage 1950s Navy Blue Wool Gabardine Jacket Tailored by Kirkland Hall Classic early 1950s well tailored women's jacket in navy blue wool gabardine. Five plastic dimensional buttons, french cuff sleeves. The wool exterior and the lining are in excellent condition overall, however two front seams were taken out (expanded by a tailor) so there is an image of those seams and a pinhole that occurred because of it on each side. As photos show, these seam ghost images are not visible when worn. I wore this to work a couple of times with a sweater underneath. The look is perfect with jeans or a skirt or dress pants or a dress. Very useful. No fading or pilling. Fits like a modern size 6. Flat measurements: pit to pit 19", waist 16", hem/hips 18", across shoulders 16", sleeves 24".
