Vintage early 1950's Matisse Tulip Brooch Copper with Turquoise enamel stylized floral motif Rare and hard to find design - book piece "It was produced in 1952 or '53, early in the introduction of the Matisse line. The "Tulip" design is shown in the book by Burkholz and Kaplan, Copper Art Jewelry; A Different Luster, page 123.
