Vintage 1950s Gene Doris Brown Beaded Fur Felt Cocktail Hat Velour Rhinestones

Vintage 1950s brown cocktail hat by Gene Doris New York, made of genuine velour fur felt. Features an asymmetrical design with dimensional folded bow detail and two beaded appliqués using bronze bugle beads and iridescent rhinestones. Labeled "Imported Fur Genuine Velour" and "Gene Doris New York." This piece shows visible moth damage, scattered wear, and lint, and should be considered for restoration, display, or costume. Beading is mostly intact but may need reinforcement in areas. There also appears to have been a veil attached, that has been cut and removed. See photos for measurements and condition details.
