Good condition overall. What may have been white once is now off-white. Side zip. 2 hooks & thread eyes at top. Black velvet waistband. Pleated lace over lining fabric over crinoline.
The eyes for the hooks are currently just made of thread. They're functional, but you may want to replace them with metal/plastic ones.
