Vintage 1950's Empress Velvet Floral Box Purse and 50's Long Rayon Scarf, $140

This is a rare find!!! The purse and the long scarf are amazing and in great condition for being 70 years old!!!! This is the perfect gift for you or someone who collects or loves to wear 1950's fashion! These beauties belonged to Anna. She saved these for me, so I am humbled to pass along to the next great person who loves vintage fashion! The scarf is made of rayon as that was a 1950's thing--there is no label, but my sources (of senior citizens!) confirm the material. The scarf is shades of an orange-red, brown, white and dark navy. The scarfs is so long that it is made in two section and sewn together. The scarf doesn't match the colors in the bag, but they compliment well. The scarf has been professionally cleaned. The purse is red and black and is stunning for it's age! Purse is 10" wide and 8" high and 2 1/4" deep. 3.5" high handles. The brass has some wear so see images. The black velvet is in mint condition. The red florals and beads look good too for the age. There is a clasp closure and inside is divided in two with an open pocket dividing the two. The clean interior fabric is red and a rayon satin fabric. As always, it is from a pet and smoke free environment. Wrapped in love of vintage fashion!
