This is a Vintage 1950s Top Handle Box Bag.  It features a Rhinestone embellished cameo of an 18th century couple in a pastoral scene. It also features a small tulle bow accent. A brass shell adorns the top, which pulls to open. The sides of the bag are also made of brass. Approximate measurements: 8"L x 4.25"W x 2"D The exterior of the bag is a smooth woven fabric, and the interior is beige woven fabric.
