1950's navy blue button up house dress featuring: Matching fabric covered buttons Half waisted belt Pockets Cuffed sleeves Black Velvet Collar Bow This vintage dress appears to be a high quality handmade piece. The only flaw I can find is one of the decorative pocket buttons appears either soiled or worn (see picture). No size tag.
