Vintage 1950s Beaded Cashmere Sweater Cardigan / Soft White + Beads

Superb 1950's vintage "Oriental Galleries" soft white beaded cashmere cardigan sweater. The sweater is made of cashmere wool based on the look and feel,. It is a soft, white color with hand sewn red, blue, white, brown and gold/yellow colored glass beads in an intricate floral pattern around the trims. It is an open front cardigan style with hook and eye closures down the front. The sweater is lined in a sheer lightweight acetate fabric lining, the sleeves are not lined. There is an older size tag inside that states size 38, would approximate the sweater to fit a today's women's size medium/small, can provide accurate and detail measurements if needed. Thank you!
