Vintage 1950’s All Over Cookies Jar Japan Kitschy Ceramic

Vintage 1950s Cookie's All Over Square Lidded Cookie Jar . I am nearly 53 years old and this sweet kitschy cookie jar sat on my mothers kitchen counter everyday until she passed away in 2004): ever since, it’s been languishing away in a glass cabinet in my den. There are no chips or cracks , but as you can see in the pictures, the ceramic has an all over aging and crackling to it. The lid looks like it has stress lines starting in the glaze, but it’s fully intact. Surprisingly this cookie jar has made it, We sure did use the heck out of it! My mother was a great cook and loved to bake, so we always had a jar full of cookies and I swear I can still smell the buttery sugar when I look at it.
