Gorgeous on-trend vintage 10K yellow gold ring! Very pretty sparkly ruby pinkish-red marquise cut stones (18). A gorgeous swirl of white gold separates the design in half. Mounted inside, by prongs, are small diamonds. It's a very comfortable ring to wear on the right or left hand. Beautiful classic vintage style. 10K gold is very durable.
