Vintage 1947 Korea Heart Pendant

Unusual and very rare heavy gold tone or brass heart pendants that has the numbers 1947 and Korea on it. Haven't ever seen a piece like this before but I'm assuming it was given to a soldier when he left for war. That is what I've been told at least. Great collectible piece.
