1980s does 1940s ruffle dress. Wide ruffles with gold trim lend a Flamenco quality. Elastic at the neckline allows for it to be worn on/off the shoulders. Hidden pockets, 3/4 length sleeves with gold trim. Pull-over styling with no closures, elastic waist. Lightweight cotton blend. No stretch. Tag: Menu.
