Vintage 1940s Wiley Samuelson original Dress Brown

Amazing vintage (1940's?) dress from Wiley Samuelson Originals. Does not come with original belt but does have loops to add your own if you'd like. Has shoulder pads. Beautiful condition! No tag stating material or size but the material does feel stretchy.
