Vintage 1940s Velvet & Sequin Gown Maxi Dress

Bias cut skirt. Shirring at sleeves and waist. Side zipper at waist. Zipper works great. Belt loops but no belt. sequin detail at neckline. The sequins are attached to netting & the netting is a bit loose on one side and will need tacked down. I’m note sure if it’s missing sequins on one side or if it was meant to have an asymmetrical look! Priced accordingly.. Velvet is NOT crushed in first photo, it’s just the lighting making it appear so. In good vintage condition. Measurements in comments.
