Gorgeous black taffeta silk trimmed with beautiful daisy crochet tatted lace and black chiffon cuffs.
In good condition for age. The most major area of wear i see is to one shoulder, but the tatted lace collar covers most of it when fastened. Small tiny tears as shown. The lining is stained at the bust on one side but it doesn’t show through to the outside. No underarm stains. The photo with the measuring tape showing is a small stain, not a hole. A few missing hooks and eyes.

@blackngoldgirl Crop tops are back in style, lol, but seriously, I suppose the victorian skirts came up high over the blouse.

@vintage2classic yeah this is pretty much at the natural waistline but it’s a very small size so looks tiny on my mannequin.

@blackngoldgirl Truly amazing, I wonder what house the owner lived in and where, like does it even still exist?!

@vintage2classic it does actually still exist! It’s an old farm. I bought it at the estate sale of the family.

@blackngoldgirl No kidding! The farmhouse must have been beautiful. I love the old buildings. The pride and skill that goes into it is apparent. What state? Midwest?

@vintage2classic Pennsylvania! There are tons of old farms in the area.
