Vintage 1940's Toby Mini Mug Pitcher, Character Jug, Barware, Victorian Lady

Vintage 1940s made in occupied Japan Toby mug lady. She has a pink and blue ruffle dress and she has her hands clasped demurely. She has a coy painted face. Character jug, mini creamer, toothpick holder, vintage barware, beer stein, English pub decor. Size: 2" tall x 1.25" x 1.75" Condition: very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks.
