Vintage 1940s Red Tooled Mexican Ankle Strap Shoes

Vintage 1940s red tool Mexican ankle strap shoes. I cannot find a marked size, but the approximate measures insole shoe toe to heel 9 1/8” across the ball of the foot on the bottom of the shoe is 3” heels 4” high. Good overall condition other then needs a spot gluded on the sole the heel as seen in the photo
