Vintage 1940s Red Lucite Beaded Necklace, Large Beaded Clasp

*Description: This is a great 1940s to early 1950s red Lucite or thermoset beaded necklace with a matching beaded large box clasp. The box clasp was designed to hold four strands so it is possible that the necklace originally had four strands. It is beautiful as it currently is made with two strands which hang, one above the other, in a great mid-century style. The larger faceted beads show some wear on the edges, however, the remainder of the beads look great. The decorative beaded box clasp looks beautiful behind your neck and really makes this necklace stand out.
