Vintage 1940's Polka Dot Day Dress with Belt M/L 40's Coat Dress

Vintage 1940's Day Dress, maker unknown. The only tag is a Union tag, please see measurements for fit. Navy Blue + White polka dot fabric feels like rayon or a blend. Burgundy silky acetate fabric lining. Coat Dress + matching belt. Large notched shawl collar. 3/4 length sleeves. Small metal snap plus hook+ eye closures at waist. **Double buttons down front. Lined only at the front from waist to hem and under the collar. String belt loop at right side of waist. In Great condition with light wear. Some fading or uneven color on the lining and missing bottom right button. No other major flaws found. Please inspect photos to see condition. Shown clipped on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin.
