Vintage 1940s Pink Taffeta Flower & Bow Novelty Print Blouse -Peplum Puff Sleeve

This is a listing for an adorable 1940’s blouse. Super sweet novelty print pattern of flowers and bows. Neat little collar that goes into a scalloped button opening with three buttons and hook and eye closure. Flattering peplum shape and smart darting throughout. Has little puffed sleeves and shoulder pads. There is no tag or material but it feels like a taffeta - acetate like blend. In good vintage condition, although sold as-is. This garment has not been washed and arrives as found. There is minimum to no vintage odor. The shoulder pads are attached on the inside, although one of them is a little more loose. As you can see from second to last photo, the blouse appears to be handmade and there are some loose threads throughout inner construction but does not affect structure of the garment. There are a few spots throughout that I have not tried to remove: A couple black streaks towards one sleeve, a small red spot, another darker spot on the other sleeve, and a small dark spot on the back. There are so crease marks where but may be able to steamed out. I have tried to describe any imperfections to the best of my ability, but please note, some flaws may be hard to catch or notice.
