Vintage 1940s MIJ Made in Japan Ceramic Salt and Pepper Shakers Sailor Boys

Pair of vintage 1940s Made in Japan salt and pepper shakers, ceramic, red and blue cold paint, one "I'm A Salt," and the other "I Am Pepper," cork stoppers, ink stamped in red "Made in Japan" on base, approximately 4 inches tall. Vintage items in good condition, very slight cold paint loss, little roughness on base of salt, no cracks, no crazing, no chipping.
