Vintage 1940's Junior Miss Rust & Sage Sequin Trimmed Black Crepe Cocktail Dress

EUC Gorgeous vintage 1940's black crepe cocktail dress with cap sleeves, shoulder pads, and front skirt drape with sequin trim, from Junior Miss of New York. Dress has approx 5 inch back metal zipper, and long metal side zipper on the left side. Shoulder pads are tacked in, and thread belt loops are sewn on each side of dress, but the belt is missing. Skirt of dress has a soft A-line cut, and has a faux hip drape that goes from the right side to the left, which is highlighted with a large bow that is decorated with sage and rust colored sequins that match the squiggly lined triangles directly above the bow. There are a few faint stains on the inside of the dress that look like deoderant stains, a few on the back of the skirt, and one tiny spot on the drape. I didn't try to get them out or try to take the dress to my dry cleaners as they do not specialize or like cleaning vintage clothing. They've always told me they can't guarantee that my items won't get damaged, so I don't want to risk it. Bust 15, waist 12 1/4, hips 17 1/2, length 43 inches. This is a beautiful dress that once cleaned would be completely wearable, previous owner took very good care of it, and I have had it in storage away from light, dust, etc. It's very old Hollywood, something Joan Crawford or Betty Grable would have worn.
