After some research I found that this watch is from the 1930s or 40s. 14k gold filled with a stainless steel back and closes with a clamp clasp. Jewels up and down the band and on top and bottom of watch case. Tiny chain holds band together when open. I believe this is a wind up watch. Not sure if it works. I wound it up but didn't run. No cracks or scratches on the watch crystal or watch case. Both first hand and second hand are intact.
