Antique Non Running J. Miller Silver English Pocket Watch

After some research I figure this pocket watch was made in the late 1880s or early 1900s. It has a fitted inner cover that reads: J. Miller 46 Eglington Street Glasgow & Geneva This watch obviously needs work. There is no winding key, glass lens, loop or hour and minute hands. The seconds hand is intact. The case is made of silver and on the inside it reads 3 SCH & L D.F. & CO 13555 Just under the SCH & L is a faint hallmark that I came to learn is the male capercaillilie which signifies 800% silver and is Swiss. The watch dial is white enamel but has a chip in it. The watch weighs 86.3 grams.
