Vintage 1940’s FRANK BENSON Corona Felted Fur Hat

Italian made vintage 1940’s felted fur hat with approximately 2.5 inch upturned brim at front. Earthy brown with rosewood satin band. Approximate circumference of 21.75 inches. Designed by Frank M. Benson. Condition is vintage very good. I see some aged areas but nothing objectionable. There are some small areas of foxing on the satin hat band. Closeup photos show how small the foxing marks are. I have not tried to clean these and will leave that to the next owner. Age of the hat is approximately 75 years old.
