Vintage 1940s Dress, Cirilo Black Velvet Dress With Rhinestone Embellishment

Beautiful vintage velvet 1940s dress by Cirilo. Padded shoulders and an interesting pleat across the upper bust. There are two rhinestone embellishments along the pleat and three black velvet buttons, all are decorative only. Side metal zipper and another small one at the back of the neck. This is the softest, most wonderful dress. Medium sized I'd say, see measurements below. Label reads: Cirilo Excellent vintage condition. The rhinestone pieces are missing several stones but they could be replaced or leave as is as it only adds to the vintage charm in my opinion. The zipper needs a few stitches right at the top too, see photo. Measurements when lying flat, doubled at bust, waist and hips. Armpit to armpit across bust: Dolman sleeve but approx. 36" Waist: 28" Hips: 38" Shoulder to waist: 14.5" Shoulder to bottom hem: 43" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
