What a fantastic 40s clutch! Rich brown, authentic alligator skin with the body - head to toes - wrapped from the front to the back. Top 'slide through' handle (opens just enough for your hand to slide through). Inside envelope style compartments with a middle zipper compartment, leather lined. Snap closure. Laced seams. Original mirror inside. This rare purse is definitely a conversation piece.
