Vintage 1940s Companions in Suede of Davidson by California Green Overcoat

Vintage 1940s Companions in Suede of Davidson by California Green Overcoat. This is a long jacket, made to be an overcoat for 40s/50s style full dresses. There are three front buttons, one of which has fallen off but I have it! There is also a tie waist that’s held up by pink thread which matches the beautiful pink satin lining on the inside of the jacket. The inside of the jacket is perfect, the outside of the jacket has lots of wear. Some of the green has faded in high touch areas (like the end of the tie and buttons) and there is a small hole on the back of one of the shoulders. It’s a vintage size 10 which is a women’s extra small today. I honestly love it but have no way to restore it and I don’t know how to take care of it, I also live in warm climate so not a lot of chance to be bold and wear it. I hope this can go to someone who wants to restore it or even use it for costuming on a project that loves it as much as I do!
