Vintage 1940s Child's Cowboy Cardigan Sweater, Sportswear, Adult Size XS/S, NWT

This sweater is so cool! I found it in an old general store that had unsold inventory from the 30s and 40s that sat there untouched for so many decades. The original tags are stapled including a store tag from Harris Davis Co in Nashville. The pockets are made from felt and have cowboys printed on them. It does not feel itchy to me. >>>>> Brand - Sportswear Content - 15% Wool 25% Rayon 60% Cotton Size - based on the style I’m guessing this is a child’s but it’s plenty big enough to fit my women’s size 6 mannequin. I think it would be best for an XS/S adult. Chest - 17.25” pit to pit Length - 20” Sleeves - 22.5” >>>>> Condition - there is significant fading/discoloration on the back as well as fading across the chest. I don’t see any other flaws though.
