Vintage 1940s Charles Berg Blue Crepe Peplum Gown

-fair vintage condition- multiple flaws. side zipper is sticky. the lace peplum has shattered in multiple locations. has bleaching under arms along with sun bleaching near the hem. has small hole forming along left shoulder and lifting of seam in two locations (see pictures). -smoke-free, cat-friendly residence -lace peplum -side zip with side snaps and back button closure -crepe material- probably rayon -very classic 1940s! dress could be a project piece but is still wearable as-is. it drapes beautifully. -front slit -handwashed (soaked) once and laid flat to dry approximate measurements: 15” waist 19” bust 55” shoulder to hem
