This is a vintage depression glass plate from the 1940s, discontinued between 1942-1948. It measures approximately 6.75 inches in diameter. The plate features the distinctive "Bubble" pattern and a pale blue tint. It was crafted in Lancaster, Ohio, and is an original production style of pressed glass.
