Beautiful and authentic vintage two-piece gingham suit set, sold at Selma Gowns of Washington, D.C. in the late 1940s–1950s. The set includes a fitted jacket and a full pleated skirt. Inside the jacket is a secondary "Alfreda" designer label, suggesting it was a boutique or custom piece created for Selma Gowns.
(Vintage women are shown in very similar outfit from the same era).
