Vintage 1940s 1950s Jonathan Logan Velveteen Dress Rhinestone Buttons-Small

Dress features: Double breasted with 4 buttons One little crocheted belt loop (no belt) Wide V neckline Short sleeves Shawl collar Side zip and button closure No lining Tags say: Jonathan Logan velveteen by CROMPTON. There isn't a fabric content label or size label. Dress is in good vintage condition. One of the buttons has had two of the rhinestones replaced and they don't exactly match the others, but they're close. From the inside it looks like there was something toward the bottom of the skirt that was removed since some of the stitching is still there (maybe a ruffle or some kind of trim?). The hem appears to have been moved up and down as well, as you can see where it was up higher than it is currently. There is a small hole (pencil eraser size) in the velvet that isn't very obvious unless you are holding it up to the light and looking at it from the inside out (see close-up photo of the velvet). The original belt is not included, there is still one belt loop attached to the dress, you can see where the other one was attached. Overall the dress is in very good vintage condition and looks great! Measurements are taken with the dress lying flat and doubled as appropriate. Measurements are of the garment itself, so please be sure to leave room for your body and movement as fabric is NOT stretchy!
