Vintage 1940 Meito Porcelain Japan Antique Covered Serving Dish Sun Glory Floral

This is a vintage handpainted porcelain oval covered vegetable or side dish bowl from the 1940's made in occupied Japan. The dish is approximately 9.5" high and 4.5" high. It is an ivory cream color with yellow sunflowers and gold trim. Both pieces are gold marked inside with "A30". They are in excellent condition without any scratches, nicks or stains.
