Super cute rare brooch featuring an open work fish in a bowl. The brooch features neat details, such as a tiny anchor on the bottom, rhinestones, and artistic cabochons as "baubles". This is a very beautiful accessory and a great collectible item. The brooch has a signature swirl pattern which is attributed to the "1928" jewelry company. Very good condition.
