Vintage 1920s Tin Litho Noise Maker by US Metal Toy Manufacturing Company. New Years. There is some obvious wear from age. Some deoxidizing on the metal, especially the ends. The wood handle has some wear and is loose. This is still a great little item and would be perfect for any antique litho toy collection.
