That dress is from the mid- to late-eighties. The fabrics used to make this dress, the color, the silhouette, and the pleats at the top of the sheer sleeves are the features that tell us the precise era. If anything, it’s an ‘80s riff on an early ‘60s silhouette. Hope this helps!
