Vintage 1920s Book, Will Rogers Letters Of a Self Made Diplomat to His President

Vintage 1920s book by Will Rogers, 'Letters of a Self-Made Diplomat to His President". Published in 1926 and from my research this is believed to be a First Edition.. Brown cloth with dark blue lettering. Measures about 7.5" tall by 5" wide. Published by Albert & Charles Boni.. 263 Pages. Illustrated by Herbert Johnson. This is Volume ONe but Rogers declared he never intended a Volume Two, it was just part of his unique humor and charm! Excellent vintage condition. The cover has minor dings and some mild bubbling on the spine. The pages are yellowed but intact. There is a name written and a sticker from a previous owner in the front. Please note that many of my items are vintage and/or made using vintage materials. I do my best to list any major issues but some signs of life and love are to be expected and only add to their charm.
