Vintage 18k GE Silver ring Sapphire and CZ or diamonds sz 6

Vintage sapphire, and cubic zirconia maybe diamonds ring Size 6 This is stamped 18k GE . Gold electro plated on sterling silver is what i found out after asking around to some jewelers . I have two of these that were kept extremely well. But they are vintage and in superb condition . My grandmother wrote on a little piece of paper what stones are in each ring . But that is all i have to go on . However, I’m not sure that the three center are diamonds. But that is what she wrote. There is a makers mark and I tried my best to take pictures of that.
