RARE FIND! Chippewa Woolen Mills, Vintage Wool Plaid Stadium Blanket with Fringe from Chippewa Falls Wisconsin, USA. A gorgeous piece of American History ... the famous mill was open from 1882 - 1962, employing many townspeople. The blanket dates sometime in this period, but I cannot be sure of the exact date of manufacture. The throw is in excellent condition. Perfect for a snuggle up on the sofa night, or lodge, cottage chic or any BOHO decor. Measurements: 52" x 70".
