Vintage 14k gold and diamond ring

This is a beautiful vintage hand carved diamond and pearl gold ring. It was my engagement ring but my fingers were swollen from my pregnancy so we ended up getting me a new ring😊 2 small diamonds on opposing sides. Stamped 14k gold band with a large freshwater pearl in the center. The band is a rope style surrounding the pearl. Estimated size 6.5 or 7 comes with jewel box I purchased it in from a small boutique in New Orleans.
