So much sparkle in this vintage diamond Tested with a diamond tester it is REAL! The top of the diamond is approximately 4.5mm and the internet says that is .36 carrot size. Since a jeweler hasn’t confirmed it’s only a guess by the measurement. 14k yellow gold band and white gold holding the diamond.
